Renneway is a global digital B2B marketplace connecting yarn buyers and manufacturers. Due to the nature of B2B transactions, standard retail return policies do not apply. All return and claim procedures are governed by the following terms:

Sample Approval: Prior to placing a bulk order, buyers are expected to request and evaluate product samples. The buyer is responsible for verifying that the delivered goods conform to the approved sample in terms of technical specifications and quality.

Transportation Damage: Any damage to the packaging or products caused during transportation must be documented at the time of delivery with the carrier. Such claims must be reported to Renneway or the supplier within three (3) business days of receipt.

Quality & Technical Non-Conformity: Claims regarding yarn quality or technical non-conformity must be submitted within seven (7) business days of the delivery date, accompanied by an independent laboratory test report. Returned products must remain unused, unprocessed, and in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for yarns that have been processed, dyed, woven, knitted, or otherwise altered.

Resolution: Upon verification of the claim and mutual agreement between the parties, an appropriate resolution will be coordinated. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement of the defective goods or compensation for the affected portion of the order.
